Interviews are considered to be the second stage which a candidate needs to go through and pass in order to get selected or hired for a job.
However, the most important factor of an interview is its one to one form of communication.
Humble inquiry questions keep the problem solving thinking with the problem owner, not the person asking the question.
Other effective questions that can be asked, once the problem is clearly defined, are diagnostic questions.
