His publications include monographs as well as numerous essays and volumes on various subject matters such as global and European administrative law, the law of civil service, administrative procedure, the regulation of public services.

He has been speaker at a number of conferences, both national and international, including at the Universities of Lisbon and Paris Nanterre, at the New York University School of Law, at Sciences Po and at the Universidad de Alcalà.

Giovanni Boggero is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, Political, Economic and Social Sciences of the University of Eastern Piedmont Amedeo Avogadro, Alessandria.

He completed his law degree at the University of Turin (2011) and obtained his Ph D from the University of Eastern Piedmont (2015).

He graduated (cum laude) in 1991 and has been awarded a Ph D in 1996.

He began his academic career at the University of Urbino, where he taught Public Law and Administrative Law from 1994 to 2004.

Sabino Cassese is Justice Emeritus of the Italian Constitutional Court and Emeritus Professor at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa.

He teaches at the LUISS Guido Carli University – School of Government, Rome.

She was Inaugural Fellow at the Straus Institute for Advanced Study in Law and Justice (New York University, US 2009- 2010) and Clynes Chair in Judicial Ethics at Notre Dame University, Indiana, US (2012).

She is a member of the Associazione Italiana dei Costituzionalisti, the Inaugural Society’s Council of ICON.
